    Rates for a stay at Pépites Lodges & Spas start at €400 per night for two people, including breakfast.

    Each lodge has a private terrace with private Jacuzzi. Each lodge is designed to accommodate two adults. Because inclusion is essential, one of our lodges has been specially designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility. With an access ramp, adapted wide doors, a rest area and facilities to facilitate every move, we ensure that all our visitors enjoy a comfortable and serene experience.     To validate your reservation, you must proceed to the payment of this one; we ask for a deposit of the totality of the stay. For longer stays, please contact us so that we can adapt the terms and conditions.

    Yes, Pépites Lodges & Spas offers a bespoke concierge service, designed to assist each guest with discretion, attention and finesse.

    This is not a 24-hour service, but a concierge service that is personalised in advance, thanks to a questionnaire sent to you before your stay. This allows us to understand your desires, needs and preferences, and to prepare your experience down to the smallest detail.

    Our team is then available remotely during your stay for any special requests or adjustments. The idea is to be there without ever imposing ourselves, and to enhance your stay with elegant and attentive service.

  3. Is there a luggage locker on site?

    Our establishment does not have a conventional luggage storage facility, but we can accommodate your personal belongings before or after your stay on request.

    We simply ask you to let us know in advance so that we can organize this in the best possible conditions, with the same care that we give to every detail of your experience.

  4. What are the reception's opening hours?

    At Pépites Lodges & Spas, we don’t have a traditional physical reception. We prefer a personalized welcome, according to your arrival times, and can be reached remotely throughout your stay.

    Arrivals are by appointment only, between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., in order to welcome you in the best possible conditions.
    Departures take place until 11 a.m.

    For any special request or need, our team remains discreetly available by telephone or message.

    Each Pépites Lodges & Spas lodge is a haven of calm and refinement, designed to offer a timeless sensory immersion. You will find:

    A private spa on the terrace, with peaceful views of the natural pool or surrounding nature

    Extremely comfortable bedding, with a 100% wool duvet made from local Hampshire sheep (Sazeret) and, to suit your preferences, a choice of three pillows:

    a natural wool pillow made from Auvergne sheep wool,

    a memory foam pillow,

    or a ‘grand confort palace’ pillow, inspired by the finest hotels

    By choice, and in order to preserve the spirit of disconnection and contemplation, our lodges are not equipped for cooking.
    You will therefore find no frying pans or saucepans, but everything has been designed so that each meal — whether delivered or enjoyed as part of a gourmet package — becomes a moment of pure, unadulterated pleasure.

  6. Are pets allowed on the premises?

    As endearing as they may be, our animal friends are not welcome at Pépites Lodges & Spas.

    Our estate is entirely open to nature, with no fences or enclosures, and has been designed as a haven of serenity and freedom. For reasons of safety and harmony with the environment, we do not accept any pets, even the gentlest four-legged companions.

    We thank you for your understanding and remain at your disposal to recommend, if necessary, a nearby pet-sitting solution.

  7. Is the hotel suitable for families?

    Pépites Lodges & Spas has been designed first and foremost as an intimate retreat for adults in search of rejuvenation, silence and sensory experiences.

    The lodges have no special facilities for children (no extra beds, no adapted safety devices) and are not suitable for a family stay.

    To preserve the tranquility of the premises and the atmosphere conducive to reconnecting with oneself or with a partner, we welcome adults only.

    Yes, Pépites Lodges & Spas pays particular attention to accessibility.
    One lodge is specially equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility, including a shower seat, easy circulation and an adapted layout.

    In addition, the reception area is fully accessible thanks to a ramp, and disabled toilets are available at the entrance to the estate.

    In order to offer you as pleasant and natural a stay as possible, we invite you to inform us in advance of any specific requests.
    Our goal is to facilitate access to the Pépites experience, in a sincere approach to inclusive and respectful hospitality.

    We don’t offer a regular shuttle service, but we are happy to organize a private transfer from Clermont-Ferrand airport, Montluçon train station or any other arrival point of your choice.

    A gourmet and refined breakfast is served in the lodge every morning, between 8:30 and 10 a.m., in a delicately prepared basket.
